UGP Bike week Report # 1
Pic - Dereck CleggRichard Britton prepares for his onslaught on the Ulster GP next Saturday when he takes his new Virtans Honda out in Thursday’s Dundrod 150. This will be Richard’s first time out on the bike and he is really looking forward to it. Team owners Ian Simpson and Robbie Byrne will be on hand to offer any last minute advice but Richard is confident of a good result on the ex John Laverty bike.
“In a peculiar way I have had enough experience recently having to get dialled in on unfamiliar bikes so at this stage this will be nothing new for me and it’s just a matter of getting the head down and trying my best”. “I’m really glad to have the Dundrod 150 before Saturday as all the time on any of the bikes will be surely needed”.
