Evergreen Richard Britton brought the curtain down for PJ O'Kane with a 15th place finish in Saturdays 38th Macau Grand Prix.

Starting from the third row of the grid, Britton on O’ Kane’s GSXR 1000 Suzuki fought hard in the eastern sun to battle the daunting surroundings of the Macau circuit that saw his team mate for the meeting Stephen Thompson finish in a commanding 10th place on the ex Britton 2003 Suzuki.

"It was always going to be hard" said Britton. "The wee bike went well but I was only riding for a finish to be honest. It’s always good to come out here and play your cards against the likes of John and Michael but they are here with a realistic chance to win. I have really enjoyed this past few days and I hope that I will be here in 2005" concluded Richard.
